Shipping & Returns
Delivery and Shipping. Items in stock usually ship within 3-5 business days. When we have processed your order, we will send you a confirmation email with delivery tracking information.
The recipient must be available between 9am and 5pm, when the courier will attempt delivery at the noted shipping address. If the recipient misses all delivery attempts the package is returned and cannot be redelivered.
Some items are shipped from different locations and orders of more than one item may be shipped in multiple pieces. If any item on your order is on pre-order or backorder status we may hold the entire order until the items are all available for shipping.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
International Orders. The WowWee Shop is currently optimized for customers in the United States and Canada. Where possible we will ship internationally, however your fees to do so may be high. We encourage you to find local or regional retailers. You can find a list of these available retailers by visiting WowWee.
Please be advised that you are responsible for brokerage fees, customs duties, and all other charges that may be imposed. As importer of record, you must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
International Orders usually take 6-10 business days for delivery.
Pre-orders. We occasionally offer products for pre-order. Please note that pre-orders are charged at the time of purchase and then shipped later after a noted date.
Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Maestro and JCB. We also accept PayPal.
Returns. WowWee wants you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your item, you may send it back to us – unopened, still in its factory sealed packaging – within 30 days of receipt for a refund. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after the 30 day period. Opened or repackaged items may be returned but are subject to a 10% restocking fee. All shipping charges including the original cost of delivery will be the responsibility of the customer should you decide to return an item.
Damages. If your package arrived damaged please inform the carrier and remark on the delivery paperwork. WowWee will not warrant any damage claims that have not been noted at the point of delivery. Contact WowWee Store HERE (weekdays between 9am and 5pm EST) within 24 hours to report damage. Damages must be repacked in the original packaging it came in.
Defectives. If you suspect that your product is defective, please Contact WowWee Store HERE (weekdays between 9am and 5pm EST). The agent will provide instructions if an exchange is necessary.
Pricing. We reserve the right to adjust the pricing of our items at any time, without any notice. Prices are in USD unless otherwise noted.
